Early Partner Program
Partner with us to build compliant, fair, and explainable workforce scheduling for your institution.
We're working with a select group of long-term care homes and post-secondary institutions to validate how policy-as-code scheduling can reduce compliance risk, eliminate overtime overruns, and make every staffing decision defensible.
About the Program
Our early partner program brings together regulated institutions that need scheduling solutions built for collective agreements, labor compliance, and institutional policies. We're validating that AI-optimized scheduling can enforce 100% compliance, explain every decision, and reduce operational costs.
This isn't about replacing human judgement. It's about giving your schedulers and managers a system that encodes your rules, optimizes within your constraints, and provides a defensible rationale for every staffing decision.
How the Program Works
A phased approach so each partner can move at the pace that makes sense for their institution.
- •High-level demos and scenario walk-throughs tailored to your institution
- •No real data required at this stage
- •Understand how the scheduling engine, compliance logic, and fairness engine fit your environment
- •Optional sandbox environment using anonymized or sample data
- •Define which unit(s) or program(s) will participate
- •Map collective agreements, institutional policies, and fatigue rules into the system
- •Review current scheduling processes, rules, and constraints
- •Align on goals: e.g., reduce overtime, improve compliance, increase transparency
- •Draft a simple pilot plan and timelines
- •Run the system with a limited department or program using real scheduling data
- •Compare AI-optimized schedules with current practice
- •Measure compliance enforcement, explainability, and operational efficiency
- •Gather feedback from schedulers and leadership on fairness, clarity, and usability
- •Track operational outcomes (e.g., OT reduction, schedule change frequency, shift distribution)
- •Review results with leadership and union representatives
- •Identify what worked well and what needs refinement
- •Decide on broader rollout, multi-site deployment, and support needs
- •Move into a longer-term partnership with full platform access
What We're Testing
Compliance Enforcement
Can every schedule be 100% compliant with collective agreements and labor laws before publication? We're validating policy-as-code against real institutional rules.
Explainability
Can every scheduling decision be explained in plain language with a full audit trail? We're testing whether transparent rationale reduces grievances and builds trust.
Operational Efficiency
Can optimized scheduling reduce overtime costs and cut scheduling time from hours to minutes? We're measuring real operational impact across partner institutions.
Lighter Path: Early Partner
Not ready for a full pilot? Start as an Early Partner with a lighter engagement:
- •Exploration calls and demos tailored to your institution
- •Sandbox access with anonymized data
- •Input on product direction and feature priorities
- •Priority access when you're ready to move to a paid pilot
Frequently Asked Questions
Who can join the early partner program?
Long-term care homes, post-secondary institutions, and other regulated organizations that rely on shift-based scheduling and collective agreements. We welcome partners who want to explore more compliant, fair, and efficient staffing models.
What does the program include?
Early partners receive access to a customizable version of our scheduling engine, configured to match your institution's real rules, constraints, staffing models, and workflows. This includes policy-as-code configuration, compliance validation, fairness scoring, explainable decision reports, and dedicated onboarding and support.
Do we need to integrate with existing systems?
No. Nable AI does not require integration with EHR, HRIS, or other systems to start. You can import scheduling data directly and begin optimizing immediately. Integration options are available for Phase 4 and beyond.
How long does the program take?
Most institutions move from initial exploration to a paid pilot within 4–8 weeks, with the full pilot running 8–12 weeks depending on scope and readiness.
Is there a cost to participate?
Phase 1 (Exploration) and Phase 2 (Pilot Setup) are free. These phases help your team understand the system, define scope, and evaluate fit without any financial risk. Phase 3 (Paid Pilot) is offered at a significantly reduced cost to cover infrastructure and support.
How is our data protected?
Most early work uses anonymized or sample data. Real organizational data is only introduced once privacy requirements have been reviewed and approved. We use encrypted infrastructure, role-based access, and secure data handling practices. Our platform is designed to meet PHIPA, HIPAA, GDPR, and SOC 2 requirements.
What are we evaluating during the pilot?
Three main areas: Compliance Enforcement (are schedules 100% rule-compliant?), Explainability (can every decision be understood and defended?), and Operational Efficiency (does scheduling time decrease and does overtime reduce?).
How do we get started?
Submit an inquiry through our contact form, and we'll schedule an exploration call. From there, we move into Exploration (Phase 1) → Pilot Setup (Phase 2) → Paid Pilot (Phase 3).
